Personal and relational renewal is possible as we ponder the relationship principles that Jesus demonstrates in scripture. In The Relationship Principles of Jesus, by Tom Holladay, we discover a step by step walk through six relationship truths that are taught by Jesus. These truths are: (1.) place the highest value on relationships; (2.) love as Jesus loves you; (3.) communicate from the heart; (4.) as you judge, you will be judged; (5.) the greatest are the servants; and (6.) treat others as you want them to treat you. Relationships aren't easy, but they are very important. What does it take to make them work well? What Jesus teaches "about how to relate with God and with the people in your life can lead you into a way of living richer than anything you've ever experienced."
This book is formatted into 40 one-day readings, and we will tackle 5 of the daily readings per week, which will fill our 8 weeks of discussion. (For example, during our first meeting, February 19th, we will discuss Days 1 through 5.)
