Worship Director

Scot was introduced to the Lord at the age of six by his grandmother, who also served as his Sunday school teacher. Despite growing up in church and attending a Christian school, he had not been serious about his walk with the Lord. It wasn't until he was 16, during a youth conference, that Scot's faith truly became his own, as he made the decision to fully follow Jesus. He joined his church's worship team, teaching himself to play various instruments. Scot performed in Christian bands throughout his teen years and 20s and by 19 was leading worship.

Scot has a passion to see people "max out" who they are in worship, to equip team members to be able to give their best, and to lift up the name of Jesus.

Scot married Joanna in 2008, and they have three children: Micah, Miles, and Amelia. They began attending CCC in April 2021 when Scot took an interim position for the summer. He stepped into the role of Worship Director that fall.

Outside of music, Scot enjoys spending time with his family, making memes, cosplaying, and watching Star Wars.
